Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of a ratio of concepts “the right” and “the justice” in Sergey Muromtsev's creative heritage, the prominent Russian liberal lawyer of the beginning of the XXth century. The author concludes that the search of a way of transformation of the society excluding revolution was Muromtsev's main goal. Muromtsev considered that creation of the mechanism of continuous modification of the legislation is optimal for social development. In his opinion, it allows to optimally combine the right and justice, to avoid social shocks.
